My A4 has been serviced here since I bought it 4 years ago. Starting with a pre-purchase inspection, I've always been happy with the quality of the work, the clear explanations, and the dependable advice. Cost of work has been quite reasonable and a bargain compared with dealer pricing. I like the fact that the same experienced mechanic (Zaldy) always looks after my vehicle. I was able to get my car in the day after I called for an appointment. Adam was very thorough and provided details as to what they found when they scanned the car and an estimate as to what it would cost to make the repairs. I was very pleased with the quality of service and particularly, how they communicated the information to me.
