This is my first time ever using German Car Specialists and let me tell you, they have a customer for life. The attention they give to the customer, the call from Adam to go over what they did to your car and even to the loaner... all are top-notch. They won't try to get you to sign up for services that isn't really necessary which is what I have been noticing lately with car dealerships. Honest, friendly and customer oriented. Highly recommend them!
