Did not try to upsell me. Easy shuttle with nice drivers back and forth to my house. Timing was what they said it would be. Best part is my car was washed, waxed and even the INTERIOR was cleaned up! Major value add for the customer. I really appreciated it!!! I have a newer Audi and the dealership does not do that. I'll be back to GCS.

German Car Specialists did an excellent job. My car was in for an oil change. The staff was very friendly, and I made use of the shuttle service, which also had very personable drivers. The invoice after the oil change listed all costs, plus inspection results I needed to be aware of.

This was our first time with Adam's team and we were really very pleased. They love German cars (so do we) and that love translates into the service: it's high quality service, from every perspective. The car runs perfectly, and issues we had in the past and could not be fixed elsewhere were dealt with perfection. I can highly recommend the team!
