I brought my Audi in because it was idling rough. Adam was very clear with me on what he was going to check and he called me on what needed to be done before he started the work. No surprises or gimmicks like a lot of these shops try on customers. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle he had washed and vacuumed it. I highly recommend anyone take their Audi to him. In fact, I will be taking my Mercedes to him for maintenances well. Thanks Adam! Nice to know a good honest shop still exist!

So easy to work with. They did everything I asked for AND more. They are pretty busy, so scheduling an appointment when YOU may want it is difficult. Office staff are awesome! Keep up the good work.
