I brought my Audi in because it was idling rough. Adam was very clear with me on what he was going to check and he called me on what needed to be done before he started the work. No surprises or gimmicks like a lot of these shops try on customers. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle he had washed and vacuumed it. I highly recommend anyone take their Audi to him. In fact, I will be taking my Mercedes to him for maintenances well. Thanks Adam! Nice to know a good honest shop still exist!

Did not try to upsell me. Easy shuttle with nice drivers back and forth to my house. Timing was what they said it would be. Best part is my car was washed, waxed and even the INTERIOR was cleaned up! Major value add for the customer. I really appreciated it!!! I have a newer Audi and the dealership does not do that. I'll be back to GCS.

German Car Specialists did an excellent job. My car was in for an oil change. The staff was very friendly, and I made use of the shuttle service, which also had very personable drivers. The invoice after the oil change listed all costs, plus inspection results I needed to be aware of.
