I couldn't ask for someone more delightful than Tori to accommodate my car being towed to the shop and once there the open communication with Adam and his honesty with the situation with my Audi setting me up for what I really needed and what I could use down the line was greatly appreciated. I took in my 2009 Mercedes SLK 55 this week and they did a great job performing a full service and fixing an issue with the convertible roof. Adam reached out everyday with updates about the car and was extremely clear with pricing and time estimates. Excellent quality, communication, and customer service. Will be back! but not too soon :)
