The original reason for bringIng the car in was Specific to overheating; And after the apparent fix, And my paying the full bill for both the fix and some other minor addressees, the Over Heating is still an issue. While it now appears to be more specific to Low RPM operation..... Hmmm, shouldn’t Have the high RPM, Medium RPM and Low PRM function have been screened/determined the first round of service? That is a question....? The overall experience is reflective of the 3Star Rating. General customer Service Is solid, the Post customer Service is also Solid as well. However the comprehensive mechanical service performance regarding the specific mechanical issue is challenging to accept. Conclusion: My preference would be for a fair offer to Fix/address the original Overall issue! Thanks Derrick Adams
