Great service! Courteous, friendly, trustworthy. All the right stuff! Several years ago, I did a cross-country trip. Had a few car issues along the way and had no choice but to take the car to places unfamiliar to me. A couple of them were not good. The car limped home. The best I can say is that I made it long enough to take it to German Car Specialists here in Seattle. They were able to diagnose and fix the several problems. The car has worked like a charm ever since. Would not take it anywhere else! I live quite some distance from this place, but the trek to German Car Specialists always puts my concerns at ease. I highly recommend.

I always enjoy the service that I receive at German Car Specialists. I brought in my Audi A6 for brakes (they also did them last time) and they did a quick inspection including finding a couple of nails in my tires which they fixed. Also appreciate they speak to me intelligently and explain future possible issues as the car gets older. As a repeat customer I would highly recommend!

Exceptional Service

We would have given a 5 star but noticed you had added an additional $60 charge for oil, when our car had just had a complete oil change from the dealer (Audi) less than 24 hours prior.

Had a minor repair to our Mercedes. They fixed the problem quickly and priced the work fairly. Will definitely return whenever necessary.
