As always, German Car Specialists did a super job if only to get me in to complete a scheduled service. Cannot tell you how satisfied I am with this shop! They seriously care about you and your car. Thank you so much.

After the Audi dealer recommended work on my 2014 Audi at over $3K, I started calling repair shops. Adam picked up close to closing that day and called me back within 15 minutes with a quote that was quite a bit less than the dealer. Getting repair shops to quote via email or phone has not been the easiest for me. Made an appt for the next week and took the car in which they were able to finish the work that day. Very satisfied and will be bringing my car here now for all maintenance and repairs.

I recently had my Mercedes Benz E350 serviced at German Car Specialists, and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of work and service I received. From the moment I walked in, Adam (the service advisor) was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my car's needs. He answered all my questions, and didn't push unnecessary repairs. My Mercedes is running smoother than and ever and I feel confident knowing it's in top shape thanks to their attention to detail. Adam and his crew just finished a Service B on our older Mercedes 240 wagon. They were on time and within their price quote, with no surprises. They thoroughly completed Service B, noted potential upcoming service work, and supplied quotes on the costs that we might expect when those services were required. We are long-time customers because we trust Adam and his crew, And, they are friendly and upbeat. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I went to German Car Specialists after taking my Mercedes GLE350 to the local Mercedes dealer in Bellevue to have the front passenger seat repaired (one side of the seat stopped moving forward and back). I explained to the dealer what was wrong and that it was a minor repair but they told me the entire motor apparatus had to be replaced for over $3,000. I took the car to German Car Specialists and they fixed it for $263 I have taken both my and my wife’s Mercedes back to them a number of times for various repair work and scheduled maintenance and am thoroughly satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them.

Adam is awesome, great communication throughout the (major) repair of our Audi Q7, and came in right on the nose of his estimate. I take all my 3 German cars there, always works well ! Only thing would be a car wash at the end to hand it back clean -- but if you want that you'll have to pay dealer prices I guess. ...
