I had an unexpected issue with my car and Adam was able to have me get it in asap. He was able to do the diagnostics & let me know what it was, approx. cost, and when it would be ready. It’s running smoothly once again.

I appreciate that I'm told up front what to expect and then having that confirmed or altered after diagnostics are performed. If anything additional is discovered after the work has begun, they promptly contact you to explain what was found and I'm given the option of dealing with it now or waiting until later.
