I am scared to write this review because I do not want to share the best Mercedes maintenance and repair team with others and potentially delaying my ability to get an appointment. In all seriousness, Adam and team at German Car Specialists have been absolutely phenomenal. As soon as your car no longer qualifies for dealer maintenance/warranty, you should switch to German Car Specialists. They have been keeping both my classic SL and newer E class running smoothly and minimizing the damage to my wallet! Adam is extremely reasonable and kind. The SL had a strange sound; German Car Specialists ran tests, lifted car, and found a part that was squeaking but did not replacement. They tightened it and sent me on my way at no charge! Most recently, the SL hardtop broke during mid-opening. Again, Adam and team spent the hours on diagnoses and repair, identifying the issue as not being the costly hydraulics and fixing the frame parts, greatly reducing my potential costs. My schedule A & B services are always done at GCS. They are thorough, reliable, and fair. We all know that an MB out of warranty is always a financial liability. I am glad German Car Specialists are there for when the inevitable issue arises!
