Dealership wanted $17,000 - but they wanted to replace parts which weren't damaged. Under $2000 out the door from German Car Specialists - they even showed me what was and wasn't broken, and compared it to the dealership estimate. Best of all - when they showed me the damage before I gave the go-ahead to repair, they thought they might have to replace one part which they ended up not needing to replace. They dropped it off the bill - that's honesty.

The car was very thoroughly checked. All the defects were explained to me in a clear way. All work was done on time and budget. I felt well treated like a premiuem customer and feel confident that all the issues have been fixed. This is an impression of course.

Good, honest service and repair. Eric was a pleasure to work with and took the time to explain in detail what was needed and why. Very detailed service notes which I find to be refreshing versus some shops out there.
